Hi, I'm Chase.

I've spent more than six years working hands-on in IT, supporting businesses and users across everything from Microsoft 365 and infrastructure to device deployments, networking and automation.

I started ChaseDM to bring that experience to small businesses that need technology help without the complexity, overhead or runaround that often comes with traditional IT providers and agencies.

My approach is pretty simple: understand the problem, recommend what actually makes sense, and build something that's reliable and easy to manage. Whether that's cleaning up a Microsoft 365 environment, automating repetitive work or building a new website, the goal is the same: make technology work better for the business.

A little outside of work

When I'm not working on something technical, I'm usually traveling, hiking, snowboarding or heading somewhere with my dog. I like being outdoors and exploring new places, which gives me a pretty good excuse to get away from a screen once in a while.
